During this time, Robert has served as a firefighter/emergency medical technician, lieutenant and captain in the fire service. He has been employed with Haz-Mat Response, Inc. since 1993 and continues to serve in the fire service as a volunteer captain. Robert is currently working towards a degree in environmental technology. |

Brad Becker - Branch Manager
Brad brings 20 years of fire service experience to Haz-Mat Response, Inc. During those years, Brad has held the positions of fire fighter, captain and chief. He is also a certified emergency medical technician. Brad's experience with emergency operations and incident management makes him well suited for emergency response work. He earned an associates degree from Barton County community College, his bachelors degree from Kansas State University and a certificate in management from Johnson County Community College.

Trevis Kleinow – Branch Manager
Trevis has more than 12 years experience working in various capacities within the transportation industry, including railroad operations, prior to joining Haz-Mat Response, Inc. in 2004. Over the years spent working for Haz-Mat Response, Inc., Trevis has successfully managed the mitigation of numerous emergency response incidents. Due to the outstanding management ability and personal character consistently demonstrated, Trevis was promoted to Branch Manager for the North Platte, NE, office in 2006. Additionally, in 2006 Trevis completed the training and received certification as an Emergency Medical Technician.

Orlando Sanchez – Project Manager
Orlando has more than eight years experience working in various capacities within the transportation industry, including railroad operations, prior to joining Haz-Mat Response, Inc. in 2005. Additionally, Orlando has construction and excavation experience gained while working for a major construction company as a Bridge Foreman. Over the years spent working for Haz-Mat Response, Inc., Orlando has successfully managed the mitigation of numerous emergency response incidents. In 2007, Orlando completed the training to become a 40 Hour Hazwoper Instructor.

Rex Groceman – Project Manager/Site Safety Officer
Rex has been in the environmental field for the past 12 years spending the last 5 years with Haz-Mat Response. He has been an operator/foreman on numerous jobs including the Allied Signal Contract for three years before becoming a Response Project Manager. Before joining Haz-Mat Response, Rex worked in construction business for 10 years and owned an excavating company for three years. He has experience in the concrete business doing flat-work and building walls and footings. He has been involved in day to day site preparations including lay out and site-survey.

Larry Horne – Project Manager/Site Safety Officer
Larry has more than over 23 years of fire service, including six years on a rescue unit and 17 years on pumpers. He has held positions of firefighter and fire equipment operator.
He has assisted in the development of the Department of Transportation First Responder-Refresher course. Larry has 22 years experience as basic life support instructor. Since, 1978 he has been a licensed Emergency Medical Technician and became a licensed paramedic in 1980. Larry has been an Emergency Medical Technician/Paramedic instructor for 12 years and co-coordinated the Penn Valley Community College Paramedic Program for six years.
