The wheels are set in motion once a call is placed to the toll-free emergency spill line, manned 24/7, 365 days a year. Experienced Response Safety Managers are available to receive the pertinent incident information and to mobilize a response crew appropriate for the scope of your incident.

One of the most valuable services Haz-Mat Response, Inc. offers is its guaranteed response time. Site safety officers are in contact with the client representative and en route to the incident location within 20 minutes of receipt of the initial call. Response crews are mobilized within one hour. In addition, site safety officers are committed to reducing customers’ costs by correctly evaluating manpower and equipment needs appropriate for the situation circumstances.

Dedicated emergency units are equipped with manpower, equipment and materials necessary to conduct on site operations ranging from Level D to Level A response, even under the most adverse conditions. Collectively, these emergency units are comprised of more than 70 highly trained, experienced response specialists, nearly half of which are certified EMTs or Paramedics, providing state-of-the-art solutions to any Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa, Arkansas, Oklahoma, northeastern Colorado, eastern Wyoming and South Dakota location. These factors, coupled with Haz-Mat Response, Inc.’s 24/7 accessibility to support personnel and equipment, create an organization capable of response to and management of virtually any type of emergency.

Site safety officers and support crews are actively involved in continuous training to not only maintain skills level but to broaden the scope of experience. This is accomplished through in-house training, contracted training and specialty training provided by nationally recognized schools.
